CS 4b: Tourism Master Plan for the Panjakent and Fann Mountains area

     The Committee for Tourism Development (CTD) under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is implementing the Tourism Development Project funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under the GRANT 6022-TAJ (SF).

 The Committee for Tourism Development, an implementing and executing agency of the Recipient, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Expressions of Interest is issued.

 The Committee for Tourism Development hereby invites eligible consultants to submit their Expressions of Interest for the consulting services assignment: Tourism Master Plan for the Panjakent and Fann Mountains area (CS4b).

 The objective is to develop a (joint or separate) Tourism Master Plan for the project area(s), comprising the two zones (Panjakent & Fann Mountains, and Khujand region) that is seamlessly integrated with plans for urban and regional development, including relevant legal and regulatory requirements for the project area, social and environmental impacts, financing needs and modalities, and assessment of economic viability of proposed investments along with more detailed pre-feasibility studies on at least four highest-priority individual projects.

 The estimated duration of the assignment is 7 months. The estimated number of person-months required is 40.5 person-months.

 The Expressions of Interest will be accepted only if they are submitted through the Consultants Management System of the Asian Development Bank (https://cms.adb.org web site).
